Advantages:

Отдыхали в июле 2022 г. Тишина и спокойствие. Но может быть было тихо, потому что были одни в этом дворе. Хозяин идет на контакт, по нашей просьбе сделал нам сетку на окно от комаров. Неплохое место для готовки пищи и мангал для шашлыков.

Disadvantages:

За 15 дней белье не менялось ни разу. До пляжа далековато.
